I trained at the university of Southampton qualifying in 2002 with a degree in Podiatric medicine. I am a member of the society of chiropodists and podiatrists and HCPC registered. Since qualifying I have worked within the NHS in London at Chelsea and Westminster Hospital and The Royal Free Hospital. I also currenlty work part-time for Hertfordshire Community Healthcare Trust NHS as a diabetes specialist podiatrist. I have worked in routine clinics treating corns, callus and routine nail care as well as more complex foot problems such as in growing toenails and foot pain. I specialised in 'high risk' feet and worked in a multidisciplinary hospital clinic treating complex foot wounds particularly people with diabetes. I also worked in private practice covering a range of foot problems.

I am keen to develop my skills and further learning. I regularly undertakes training to enhance my skills and keep my knowledge up to date.
